Dear Brian, You are in our prayers everyday and we are expecting great things for you. As we pray we believe that God has a great plan for you and as you recover He will give you what you need as you need it.This morning in my quiet time I read in Psalms 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth. I find that( be still) hard for me to do because I ask God for directions and then I run off and try to do things on my own. I am still learning to be still. Please know that you are in the thoughts and prayers on each one of you Allison cousins and we love you. Aunt Jane

Dear Brian a.k.a. "Care Bear", You are in my thoughts daily. I know that if anyone can overcome this obstacle it is you. I have followed your progress since your accident. I wish that I was not so far away so that I could come visit you. I am sure that I could belt out some J.T. or Bel Biv Devoe and get a laugh out of you :) Please continue to be strong...

Brian, My name is Tom, I know your dad Kermit through his work with the NWS. I work in Buffalo, NY, you know, that cold snowy place up north. When I heard of your accident just recently, I immediately thought of your dad. I recall his tremendous faith, his warm heart and his dry sense of humor. I remember what a truly wonderful person your dad is, one of the finest persons I have ever met. I know you must be a wonderful son as well. Life is not fair. I have a niece who after being diagnosed with Leukemia told me that if you are handed a bowl of lemons, you can still make lemonade. She is now in remission and works to help others. The work you put into your recovery will not only help you, it could help others in the future who experience the same injuries. Helping the researchers to improve therapy and test new techniques may be a goal for you to work toward in addition to your own recovery. Just looking at your handsome photo on the web I can see how strong a will you have and I know you can work toward recovery, slowly but surely. Hang in there, God has a role for all of us, your''s is a big role and my family will continue to keep you and your family in our prayers to give you strength each and every day. May God bless you.
